Palo Santo is known as a holy wood from Peru, with its earliest use dating back to Incan civilization. These sticks can also be used for powerful purifying and cleansing rituals, while keeping energies grounded and clear.

White sage is native to high deserts. It is honored as sacred in Native cultures and used in a ceremonial and ritual manner to clear unwanted energies, to ask the spirits for blessings, prosperity, and protection.

By burning the Sage and Palo Santo with intention, you are asking the spirit of the plants to lend their cleansing and protective energy into your space, body, energy, etc.

Selenite is a clear crystal used for its calming, clearing, and cleansing properties. It can be held in meditation or used to help cleanse other stones.
