As you know we’ve recently upgraded our software.

Pre-pandemic we were mainly an in person, sign-into-class-on-paper kind of studio (which we love being). Since the pandemic began we have had to rely more heavily on software to stay connected.

For the past few years, there was no one software that did it all so we found a few that would work together. Unfortunately, there have been a lot of changes in the main platform we were using. As they began to buy out the other little companies in order to create an all-in-one feel, there were a lot of glitches, the prices soared, and the support diminished. All of these led us to Wellness Living, a true all-in-one platform.

As is to be expected, with any software change there are a few growing pains, but so far they have been easy fixes on our end. If you encounter any issues at all, please let us know and we will be so glad to sort it out for you.

FAQ

Logging Into Your New Account

  1. There was an email that went out on 9/27 with the subject: New Software: How to log into your account! In that email there is a link to reset/create a new password and sign the waiver. Your entire account will be there once you sign in.

    If you did not receive the email or cannot find it, please reach out and we will send you a password reset link.

I’m Logged In But It’s Not Applying My Package

  1. Please make sure that you have signed the waiver. It is the same waiver that we have on paper in the studio and have been using for years. Since the software is new, it asks you sign again. If you have an auto-renew membership, you may need to sign a waiver that says it is okay to charge your card each month.

    If you have unsigned waivers, you will not be able to register online. We are able to turn this setting off, but since it involves your credit card, we thought this level of authorization seemed like a good idea!

  2. You may have more than one account! Please contact us and we will merge them so you have access to your packages/memberships!

I Don’t See The Class/Event I Want To Take

  1. On the top of the schedule there are buttons for the Class and Events Schedule. Make sure that you are have selected the one you are looking for.

  2. There is a calendar on the top that you can adjust the settings using the arrows or click on the date you see in to open the calendar and select the date you are looking for!

I Did Not Receive My Class Confirmation/Live-Stream Link

  1. Please call the studio at 973-627-9642 and we will be glad to send it right away!

  2. In your account, make sure that your notifications for “Schedule and Reminders” is turned on so you are sure to get your link next time!
