Michelle is an exceptional instructor--she is patient, encouraging, and really knows how to guide you through a powerful workout while making you feel supported at every step. You definitely feel the burn, but somehow still leave feeling refreshed and energized. It is the perfect balance of strength, sweat and mindfulness. "This is a class that you will love and also hate a little- because it is so challenging! Taking this class regularly gets you into the best shape of your life! The strength and sculpting work you do during class will translate into a stronger and more fulfilling yoga practice- and who doesn't want that! Michelle is humorous, compassionate, and inspiring. This is such a worthwhile class."
